Online booking
Before choosing the details for your next holiday in Croatia, please choose as follows: Type of accommodation (hotel, apartment, cruise, country house or some other type of accommodation from our offer. After that, please complete our search engine with the data for your next holiday: destination, period, length of stay, number of persons (and number of children), category and the service (Bed & Breakfast, Half-Board or All Inclusive). When you click on the “search” button, the system will offer you a list of all the possible results with specific offers based on your requirements.
In every offer you will get the following information:
• The name of the accommodation;
• The period;
• The type of accommodation unit with service type(half-board etc.);
• The price per person for the requested length of stay.
If the number of results found is greater than 5, you can view the further results by just clicking on the navigation bar above the last result.
To keep the offer for later viewing, please click on the selected offer and than click on the shopping cart to store the offer. By clicking on “more information” you will get more detailed information about the selected offer. If you decide to book this offer or to check the availability, please click on “book now” which will start our online-booking service. To complete the booking please follow the instructions of the online-booking system, complete all the requested data and choose a method of payment.
Please read carefully our Terms and Conditions before booking. By accepting our Terms and Conditions, you are entering into a contract with I.D.Riva Tours GmbH, and the booking is binding.
Confirmation
Afer you have completed your booking, it will be registered in our booking system and you will be sent a confirmation of the booking with a booking number. If you have any queries, we kindly ask you to quote your booking number by telephone, fax or e-mail when making your enquiry.
Apart from the automatically-issued confirmation, which will be sent to your e-mail address within 24 hours, you will also be sent an additional confirmation/invoice with all the data which you provided when making the booking and with a brief description of the services which you have booked, the price and options available. This confirmation also serves as your invoice which we suggest that you print and retain.
Travel documentation
After you have made the booking and paid the invoice (at the latest four weeks prior to the commencement of the holiday), you will receive by post the travel documentation at your home address. In the event of late booking, the travel documents will be sent to you immediately afer payment has been received. In the event that you have not recieved the travel documents one day before the beginning of the holiday, please call us on the following telephone number: +49 89 23 11 000 to let us know and we will send you the travel documents in PDF format or by fax. These documents will be accepted at the destination in the same way as the original documents.
