The 756 apartments of this lively annexe are located in one to threestorey pavilions. Some of the apartments were renovated for the season 2006 (Lanterna A), while the nonrenovated apartments have simple furnishings (Lanterna B).

Apartment type A for 3 persons: approx. 31m², double bedroom, living room with sofa bed, kitchenette with dining area, shower/toilet with balcony or terrace.
Apartment type A for 4 persons: approx. 43m², double bedroom, living room with two beds or a double sofa bed, kitchenette with dining area, bath or shower/toilet and a balcony.
Apartment type A for 6 persons: approx. 63m², maisonette style. On the ground floor you can find the kitchen with dining area, a living room with a double sofa bed and a terrace, shower/toilet; on the first floor there are two double bedrooms with a balcony and a bath/toilet.
Apartment type B for 3 persons: approx. 31m², single bedroom, living room with two beds, kitchenette with dining area, shower/toilet with balcony or terrace.
Apartment type B for 4 persons: approx. 43m², double bedroom, living room with two beds, kitchenette with dining area, bath or shower/toilet and a balcony.
