This large complex consists of five buildings and is located on a small hill above the “Paradise Beach”. The distance to the town of Rab is about 14 km (bus lines operate).
Facilities: an airconditioned central restaurant, aperitifbars, newspaper and souvenir shop, exchange office, coffee bar, terrace. At the sports and entertainment centre at the beach - grillrestaurant, snackbar, a small fruit and vegetables market, souvenir stands, supermarket, newspaper kiosk, shops with beach and sports articles, dance terrace. About 400m away there is a marina. 500m away, there is sports centre, various shops and a discotheque. Parking spaces in front of the complex are available at a surcharge.
The 100 rooms** of the building „Lopar“ are simply furnished and equipped with telephone, shower/toilet and a balcony.
The 200 rooms*** in the buildings “Sahara” and “Rab” have modern furnishings, incl. airconditioning, satellite TV and shower/toilet.
The 200 rooms**** in the buildings “Plaza” and “Veli Mel” have modern furnishings incl. airconditioning, satellite TV, shower/toilet and balcony.
Half or full board with breakfast and dinner buffet. Choice of menus at lunch.
Sports: 4 sand tennis courts in the complex. In the 500m distant sports centre: 5 sand tennis courts, table tennis, miniature golf, bocce (local variety of lawn bowling) , basketball, handball, beach volleyball, trampoline, windsurfing, boat rental, waterskiing, jet ski, parasailing.
Beach: The “Paradise Beach”, is about 1500m distant, the lovely sandy beach is, depending on the accommodation, between 100 and 150m distant across the steps and paths through the park. Another 22 (!) sandy beaches, among them also naturist beaches, are located not far from the complex and are easy to reach on foot, by car or bicycle.
Pets: on request at surcharge (approx. 6 Euros per day).
