This typically Dalmatian-style hotel, surrounded by luxuriant vegetation, was completely renovated a few years ago, and is situated on a hill, directly on the beach in the direction of the “Zlatni Rat”. The various buildings and facilities are connected by way of steps.
Facilities: restaurant, à la carte restaurants “Komin” and “Konoba”(open dependant on the weather), pizzeria, Pizzeta-bar, coffee bar, terrace, newspaper and souvenir shop, satellite TV, fresh-water swimming pool with separate children’s pool, sun terrace, pool bar, sunbathing chairs and parasols (free of charge, limited amount), beach-towels (free of charge, with deposit), Wellness and Beauty Oasis (entrance and treatment fees), dancing club. Animation programs for children and adults from end of June to beginning of September (various age groups). Parking spaces in front of the holiday complex.
The 260 rooms have been recently renovated, and are equipped with modern fixtures, incl. air-conditioning, satellite TV, telephone, safe, shower/toilet.
All inclusive: breakfast, lunch and dinner buffet.
Sports – inclusive: 2 clay tennis-courts (max.. 1 hour per day per person from the end of May until middle of October), bicycles (max. of 1 two half-days a week), organised cycling tours, introduction class of diving and windsurfing, darts, archery, amusement games, bocce (local variety of lawn bowling), beach-volleyball and fitness studio. Further sports facilities can be found at the “Zlatni Rat” holiday centre (at surcharge), incl. 21 clay tennis courts, school of tennis, bicycle rental, windsurfing, diving, rental of canoes, pedal and motor boats.
Beach: the nearest pebble beach is just 50m from the hotel (sunbathing chairs and parasols free of charge, limited amount), and the “Zlatni Rat” beach is located at a distance of 200m.

Snacks throughout the day, alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks between 09.00 and 24.00. Meals can also be consumed in the restaurants Komin and Konoba (to be arranged beforehand).
