The house is situated on the peninsula of Prezba, connected with the island of Lastovo by a bridge. The island itself is reachable either by ferry (once a day, 5 hour voyage), or by catamaran (once a day, 3 hour voyage). The house is situated 3.5 km distance from the port of Ubli (here there are shops and a petrol station) and this is where the ferries sail from. The closest restaurant is 300 m away.
The house is a bit isolated and is ideal for those who enjoy virgin nature.
1 studio for 2-3 persons: approx. 25 m², consists of living room with two beds and a sleeping sofa, kitchenette, satellite TV, shower/toilet, terrace (approx. 15 m²).
2 apartments for 2-4 persons: each approx. 35 m², with double bedroom, living room with sleepingsofa for two persons, kitchenette, satellite TV, shower/toilet, terrace (approx. 15 m²).
2 apartments for 4-5 persons: each approx. 50 m², two double bedrooms, living room with sleepingsofa, kitchenette and satellite TV, shower/toilet, terrace (approx. 15 m²).
Beach: just 15 m away, in pinewoods, with wide sunbathing plateaus and crystal clear sea, reachable down steps.
Tip: You can ask the house proprietor, who is by the way a journalist, a writer and a passionate fisherman, to prepare fish in the best possible way or he can simply advise you how to prepare it by yourself. Upon your arrival the proprietor will receive you with a welcome dinner.
