This charming little hideaway is located in the southern part of the Istrian peninsula, in the small coastal town of Medulin, only 1,2 km away from the beach. The house is surrounded by a large garden (3800 m²) including an olive grove with gorgeous old trees. In easy reach of the bustling town center of Medulin, you can enjoy peace and quiet in the secluded garden, while it’s only a short walk to the restaurants, bars, and beaches. The owners and their friendly dogs, live on the same property at a distance of approx. 100 metres to the rental unit.

House for 2 persons: The house comes with a living space of approx. 50 m² on ground level and a spacious covered terrace of approx. 20 m². Heading inside, you’ll find a cozy furnished open-plan living area including a fully equipped kitchen, a dining table, and a couch. The romantic double bedroom is equipped with a queen-size bed (160 x 190 cm). Furthermore there is an ensuite bathroom with shower. The house has air conditioning with cooling and heating function.
