Trogir, today known also as the “Museum town” is a typical medieval town with a long history from ancient times, constructed on a small island connected on one side with the mainland, and on the other with the island Čiovo. In the year 1997 the old town of Trogir was inscribed on UNESCO’s cultural heritage list. The characteristics of the surroundings of Trogir are the rich vegetation, the numerous islands and the lovely pebble beaches.
