This modern apartment complex is situated approx. 200m from the Verudela holiday complex, in the midst of luxuriant vegetation. The complex, which till the year 2005 was known as “Europa”, consists of 20 detached villas and a total of 174 apartments in 2-storey attached houses, each housing eight to twelve residential units.
Facilities: terrace and coffee bar. Reception desk at the Punta Verudela apartment complex, whose facilities are fully available to apartment guests.
Villa type A for 6-8 persons: approx. 94m2, three double bedrooms, living room with 2-person sleeping couch, kitchenette and dining area, two showers/toilets and a terrace.
Villa type B for 4-6 persons: like type A, but with 70m2 and two double bedrooms.
Villa type C for 4-6 persons: like type A, but with 60m2 and two double bedrooms and one shower/toilet.
Villa type D for  4-6 persons: like type C but with 67m2  in mansard style (two double bedrooms with a small terrace on the upper floor).
Apartment type E for 2-4 persons:  approx. 30-40m2, double bedroom, living room with 2-person sleeping couch, kitchenette with dining area, satellite TV,  shower/toilet and a terrace.
Apartment type F for 3-5 persons: like the type E, but with about 38m2 and an additional 1-person bed.
Apartment type G for 4 persons: about 35m2, two double bedrooms (one with bunk beds), living room, kitchenette with dining area, shower/toilet and a terrace.
Apartment type H for 4-6 persons: approx. 44m2, two double bedrooms, living room with 2-person sleeping couch, kitchenette and dining area,  two showers/toilets and a terrace.
Apartment type I for 4-6 persons: approx. 44m2 , two double bedrooms, living room with 2-person sleeping couch, kitchenette and dining area, two showers/toilets and a terrace.
All the apartments are equipped with a safe and coffee machine.

Beach : a rocky beach with sunbathing plateaus and sun terraces is situated, depending on the exact position of the apartment, approx. 30 to 150m from the complex.
Pets allowed at surcharge (approx. 10 Euros per day).
