This somewhat older apartment complex is situated on a small hill, just a 15min walk from the Verudela holiday complex. The 321 simply furnished apartments are located in twostory attached houses, each consisting of six to twelve apartments.
Facilities: restaurant, coffee bar, snackbar, supermarket, newspaper stand, exchange counter, saltwater swimming pool with separate children’s pool, parking spaces.
Apartment type A for 2 persons: approx. 19-25m², living room with two beds, kitchenette with dining area, shower/toilet, balcony.
Apartment type B for 2-3persons: approx. 25-30m², one double bedroom, living room with sofa bed, kitchenette with dining area, shower/toilet, balcony.
Apartment type C for 2-4 persons: approx. 30-35m², double bedroom, living room with 2-person sofa bed, kitchenette and dining area, shower/toilet and a balcony.
Apartment type D for 2-4 persons: renovated, approx. 35-40m², double bedroom, living room with 2-person sleeping couch, satellite TV, kitchenette and dining area, shower/toilet and a balcony.
Apartment type E for 3 - 5 persons: approx. 40m², renovated, double bedroom with an additional bed, living room with 2-person sleeping couch, kitchenette and dining area, shower/toilet and a balcony.
Apartment type F for 5 persons:
approx. 36m², two double bedrooms (one with bunk beds), living room with kitchenette and dining area, shower/toilet and a balcony.
Apartment type G for 5-7 persons: approx. 63m², two double bedrooms (one with bunk beds and the other one with an additional bed), living room with 2-person sleeping couch, satellite TV, kitchenette and dining area, two showers/toilets and a balcony.
Apartment type H for 4-6 persons: same as type G, but renovated, 42m² and with one shower/toilet.
Apartment type I for 5-7 persons: renovated, approx. 63m², two double bedrooms (one with a bunk bed, the other with an extra bed), living room with a double sofa bed, satellite TV, kitchenette with dining area, two showers/toilets, terrace.
All apartments are equipped with a safe and a coffee machine.
Sports: tenniscourts, further sports facilities available at the Verudela complex.
Beach: the distance to the rocky beach and sunbathing stone plateaus is, depending on the exact position of the apartment, approx. 50 to 150m.
Pets allowed at surcharge (approx 10 Euros per day).
