This complex, with a total of 32 apartments, was newly built in 2005. It is situated in a quiet bay and surrounded by stunning woodland, just 2.5km from the bubbling center of Poreč.
Facilities: reception, parking, garden with a children’s playground and a whirlpool. Various restaurants and shops are situated just a few hundred meters form the bungalows.
2-room bungalow 1/4 A2A for 2-4 persons: twopersons bedroom, living/bedroom with a double sofa bed, airconditioning, kitchenette with a microwave and coffee machine, safe, bath/toilet, covered terrace.
2-room apartment 1/6 A4B for 4-6 persons: on the ground floor a living room with a double sofa, kitchenette with a microwave and coffee machine, satellite TV, safe, bath/shower toilet, terrace. On the first floor a twopersons bedroom, with a double bed and a bedroom with two separate beds, extra toilet.
Sport: beach volleyball on the beach; further facilities in the surrounding area, incl. tennis courts, motor boat and bicycle rental, midget golf.
Beach: a rock and pebble beach is located approx. 100m from the bungalows.
Pets: small pets are allowed at a surcharge.
Change of bed linen 2xweek, towels are changed daily, final cleanup is included in the price. Tourist tax must be paid upon arrival.
