This complex is situated approx. 7km north of Rovinj, directly on the Limfjord, in the midst of a densely wooded area. On a surface of approx. 70 acres one can find 192 rooms and 225 apartments, as well as a camping site. The residential units have been furnished with care, and a large part has been renovated.
Facilities: various restaurants, snackbars, grills, pizzeria, a small brewery, supermarket, fruit and vegetable stalls, souvenir shop, newspaper stand, exchange office, post office, laundrette, carwash, hairdressing salon, massage, sauna, first aid station, saltwater swimming complex with separate children’s pool, sunbathing chairs and parasols (free of charge), vitality centre, youth beach bar. Animation program for children and adults, ‘miniclub’ for various age groups, live dance music in the evenings, frequent parties. Yachting harbour with 150 anchorage places (at surcharge). At the reception, sunbathing chairs and parasols can be rented for the rooms and apartments.
Room type S: double room (approx.12m²) incl. refrigerator, shower/toilet and a patio.
Room type VA: the same as type S, but 16m² and a possibility of an extra bed.
Room type LA: large double room (approx 32m²), incl. satellite TV, refrigerator, extra bed, shower/toilet and a terrace.
Apartment type AS for 2 persons: approx. 16m², living/bedroom with 2 beds, kitchenette and dining area, shower/toilet and a terrace.
Studio type VAS: same as the type AS, but renovated for the season 2006.
Apartment type VB for 4 persons: approx. 24m², double bedroom, living/bedroom with 2 beds, kitchenette and dining area, shower/toilet and a terrace.
Apartment type LB for 4-5 persons: approx. 45m², two double bedrooms, living/bedroom with sleeping couch, kitchenette and dining area, shower/toilet and a terrace.
Apartment type VC for 5 persons: approx. 31m², two double bedrooms, living/bedroom with 1 bed, kitchenette and dining area, shower/toilet and a front garden.
Apartment type LC for 6-7 persons: approx. 75m², on the ground floor, double bedrooms, living/bedroom with 3 sleeping couches (of which two are separated by a partition), kitchenette and dining area, satellite TV, shower/toilet. On the top floor: double bedroom, storage room, shower/toilet and a balcony.
Half board: breakfast buffet and choice of menu. Apartments are offered as lodging accommodation only (possibility to additionally book half board accommodation).
Sports: 8 clay tennis courts, table tennis, miniature golf, different paths for jogging and mountainbiking, football, volleyball, beach volleyball, dancegymnastics, windsurfing, surfing school, diving base, boat rental.
Beach: a 5km long sand and pebble beach with shaded sun terraces, is situated approx. 50 to 300m from the accommodation, depending on the exact position of the accommodation.
