This spacious complex consists of two or three storey buildings and bungalows and is situated 2 km from the centre of Umag. The complex has 625 units and is among the most beautiful in Istria. Every year, about the middle of July, the famous ATP tennis tournament “Croatia Open” takes place in the complex.
Facilities: a' la carte restaurants, snack and coffee bars, ATMs, shopping centre, playgrounds for children, fruit and vegetable kiosks during high season, souvenir stands. 2 swimming pools and two pools for children, all of them with sea water (one pool with sunbathing chairs and parasols at surcharge), large water slide at surcharge, a small port with 80 boat moorings, dance terrace and animation programs: daily and evening animation for adults, club house, children’s animation, club - 4, mini club for children from 5 - 12 years, teenage club from 13 - 17 years of age (club - 4 and the teenage club only open in July and August). In the vicinity of the complex there is a paintball court and numerous “open air” cocktail bars with music until late in the night. Parking spaces in front of the apartments/bungalows.
Bungalow for 4 persons: approx. 43 m², one double bedroom, living room with a sleeping couch, satellite TV, telephone, airconditioning, kitchenette and dining area, shower/toilet, terrace.
Bungalow for 6 persons: same as the bungalow for 4 persons, but with 60 m² and two bedrooms.
Apartment for 3 persons: approx. 30 m², one double bedroom, living room with a sleeping couch, satellite TV, telephone, kitchenette and dining area, shower/toilet, balcony.
Apartment for 4 persons: same as the apartment for 3 persons, but with 30 m² and two sleeping couches.
Apartment for 5 persons: approx. 40 m², two double bedrooms, living room with a sleeping couch, satellite TV, telephone, kitchenette and dining area, shower/toilet, balcony or terrace.
Apartment for 6 persons: approx. 54 m², on two floors. On the ground floor two double bedrooms, bath/toilet; on the first floor living room with two sleeping couches, satellite TV, telephone, kitchenette and dining area, toilet, balcony.
Sport: sports centre with 16 tennis courts and tennis courses situated near the complex; in the complex there are a further 3 tennis courts, table tennis, beach volleyball, jet ski, roller skates, boat and bicycle rental, paddle boats and canoes, water skiing, parasailing, bananaboat. In the vicinity of the village there is a sports hall, football ground and horse riding.
Beach: rock and pebble beach, the most attractive is the one in the “laguna”.
