The village of Kavran is situated on a hill nearby the eastern coast of Istria, approximately 3000m from its natural beaches. Your hosts, who are both architects, have managed to create a comfortable and tastefully decorated house, consisting of not only 230m² of residential area, but also an extra 100m² of sheltered and open terraces that seamlessly adjoin the naturalstone wall of the bordering garden.

House for 10 persons: approx. 230m², 4 twopersons bedrooms (one with a private entrance), four bathrooms, living room with open fireplace and a loft - where you can find two more sleeping areas. The living room extends into the rural kitchen with a dining area. Swimming pool (11x6m).

Further details: A vinery where you can find not only selected wines, but also airdried Parma ham and cheese (at the end of your stay you will be billed for all your consumptions).
