Unlike most of the other countryhouses that we offer, this house has been completely newlybuilt (rather than renovated) by your host, and is situated on a large estate of 3000m², in the village of Muntiċ. Your host focused on adapting the house according to today’s comfort requirements, whilst at the same time incorporating original Istrian elements into the decoration and furnishing of the house. His goal was always to show his guests “how Istria breathes”. And he seems to have succeeded.

House for 4-6 persons: approx. 120m² spread over two floors. On the ground floor (approx. 80m²) you can find a living room with an open fire place and airconditioning, a kitchen and dining area, a twopersons’ bedroom, and a bath/toilet. On the first floor there is a living/bedroom with a double sofabed. Through this room you can reach the other twopersons bedroom with a bath/toilet. Both rooms have an exit onto the terrace.

Further details: A small boat is available for rent (4.8 hp outside motor, a boating permit is necessary).
In another part of the village, your host family breeds sheep, pigs and chickens, and you will be able to buy various homemade products from them - including ham, sausages, cheese, milk, eggs, fruit, vegetables, wine and schnapps.
