The thick stone walls keep the house cool during even the warmest summer days. The house consists of two units, both equipped with modern furnishings. Together, they are able to accommodate up to 12 people. On the ground floor of the house you can find a konoba, which equipped with a fire place and a kitchenette and has a separate entrance. The konoba can be used by all the guests, for breakfast or barbequing.
House for 6-8 persons: approx. 146m² on the first floor and in the attic, with an entrance through the sheltered terrace. On the first floor you can find the kitchen with a dining area and a living room, a double bedroom and a shower/toilet. In the attic you can find two double bedrooms, each with a an extra bed, shower/toilet and a veranda with a lovely view of the Raša valley, the old town of Labin and the sea.
Apartment for 4 persons: approx. 54m² on two floors. On the ground floor a kitchen with dining area and a living room, bath/toilet. In the attic two double bedrooms, one of which is a children’s bedroom with bunk beds.
Further details: large terrace in front of the house, parking space on premises. Upon agreement, your hosts would be happy to take you on any nature walking tours, kayaking tours or fishing trips. You will also be able to have a taste of their home made produce, such as Parma ham, cheese, venison and pastries. Breakfast can be additionally arranged upon arrival.
