This large country house, once the property of the noble Lazzarini family from Labin, is noticeable as soon as your enter the small village of Sveti Martin. Nowadays, a part of the estate belongs to your host family, and carries the name ”Pineta” - after the pinetree forest that is situated behind the house. The story of this small agrarian enterprise is at the same time the story of a diligent and warm host family, which has continued investing a lot of love and warmth in their business and their guests. You are sure to feel at home here!
Pineta also consists of a small restaurant which is open throughout the year (from 5 to 10pm)-where your host Florian, a fully trained chef, personally sees to all the guests. A few novelties were introduced in 2004: the family bought part of the neighbouring Palazzo Lazzarini, and has now completely restored it. The Palazzo is officially a monumentbuilding, and all the reconstruction took place under the strict supervision of the council for monument care. Still, the family managed to transform the building into 4 comfortable apartments, including a wine cellar and a vinery.
A brand new freshwater swimming pool (7.40x16m) and two tennis courts complete this holiday offer.

1 Apartment for 4 persons (A2): approx. 60m², 2 twopersons bedroom, kitchen with dining area, bath/toilet.

2 studios for 2 persons (B1): approx. 25m², living/bedroom with twopersons bed, kitchenette with dining area, airconditioning, shower/toilet.

2 Apartments for 4 persons (B2): approx.90m², 2 twopersons bedrooms, each with own shower/toilet and wardrobe, living rooms with kitchenette and dining area, airconditioning, shower/toilet.

Further details: A farmers’ breakfast is included in the price of the apartments. Dinner arrangements can be made with your hosts upon arrival. You can also purchase the homemade products from your host family - incl. honey, wine and the house specialty - various kinds of schnapps.
