This comfortable inn, with a typically Istrian ambience, is situated in the village of Volpia, approx. 2km from Buje (the “wine city”). The varying landscape of north-west Istria simply calls for elaborate excursions and walking trips. The country house is also home to a restaurant, where the guests are served healthy, local food, seasoned with typically Istrian spices. A hearty farmer’s breakfast is served in the rural breakfast room, while dinner (incl. local specialties) is served in the family restaurant. The host family sporadically organizes art exhibitions, as well as culinary theme-evenings in this restaurant.
