220 rooms: partially renovated, satellite TV, safe deposit box, bath or shower / toilet. The majority of rooms are positioned on the seafacing side and have a balcony. Rooms without a balcony are positioned towards the park and the street.
Full board “all inclusive”: breakfast, lunch and dinner, as well as a snack during the afternoon.
Sport - inclusive: tennis, minigolf, football, volleyball, handball, fitness. Other than this, the following services are offered on payment: 6 tennis courts at 150 m distance, tabletennis, mini golf, paddleboat rental.
Beach: pebble beach with a water chute (on payment), chairs and parasols a few steps away.

Other than sport, the animation and drinks are also included in the price: wine, beer, mineral water, nonalcoholic drinks for lunch and dinner, various soft drinks, wine, beer and local alcoholic drinks available from 11:00 - 22:00 hours in the beer cellar located between hotels Narcis and Hedera. Children 4-14 years old have a small snack and drink in the miniclub every day.
