This detached house is situated 750m above sea level, in the small village of Breze, very close another one of ‘our’ houses - house Leo. House Tea is surrounded by a wonderful, hilly landscape and green forest, which offer an ideal starting point for many walking excursions through the area. The untouched beaches of the Kvarner Bay are easily and quickly reached by car.
House for 4-6 persons: approx. 80m² on two floors. On the ground floor a kitchen, living room with sleeping area for 1 person, fire place and dining area, shower/toilet, balcony. In the attic there are also a double and a triple bedrooms.
Further details: sheltered garden, parking space on premises. From your hosts you can purchase homemade produce, such as the region’s famous “Škripavac” cheese, honey and seasonal vegetables.
