Uvala Borova (pinetree bay) is situated on the northside of the island Hvar, approx. 6km from Stari Grad (ferry dock) and 11km from Jelsa. The house is situated on an estate of 20.000m², surrounded by pinetrees and macchias. The new apartment house is located just slightly above the dreamy, crystalwater bay.
It’s the ideal place for anyone seeking tranquillity and solitude, as an asphalted road isn’t to be found within a 6km radius. The house is powered by solar energy, and also contains a small “fishing house”, where guests are welcomed to socialize together. You host will spoil you not only with fresh fruit and schnapps, but will also provide you with a litre of homemade wine every day. Gusts are more than welcomed to join him on his fishing trips, which are usually followed by a collective preparation of the catch in a Dalmatian way.
