8 apartments for 2 - 4 persons: approx. 54 m², one double bedroom, living room with a double sleeping couch, kitchenette (with dishwasher), dining area, satellite TV, airconditioning, shower/toilet, balcony. Riva guests will be accommodated in the 6 apartments with a seaview.
1 apartment for 2-6 persons: approx. 70 m² on the ground floor with one double bedroom, living room (approx. 40 m²) with two double sleeping couches, kitchenette (with dishwasher), dining area, satellite TV, airconditioning, shower/toilet with massage in the shower, sauna, loggia with a view of the garden.
Type of accommodation: only lodging, breakfast can be additionally ordered (5 euro/person), and will be served in the breakfast room or in the apartment.
Beach: the beach is at 250 m distant.
Pets: not allowed.
