There is also a gym, laundry room and shower/toilet on the ground floor. The upper floor is accessible via an external staircase and offers four comfortable bedrooms and a large balcony. Each bedroom is equipped with a double bed, air conditioning and TV and has its own bathroom with shower. The well-kept outdoor area offers not only a large pool (6 x 10 m) with sun terrace and sun loungers, but also a covered lounge corner with summer kitchen and barbecue fireplace, a jacuzzi, sauna, children's playground, table tennis, bocce court and even a private tennis court.
