In the hinterland of North Dalmatia, only 4 km from the National Park Krka with its unique waterfalls, the rustic furnished holiday villa is located in the midst of beautiful nature on a 1400 m² plot. Enjoy the untouched landscape and lovely views of the olive grove, which belongs to the property. In addition to a spacious outdoor area with private pool (5 x 10 m), sun loungers and barbecue, a cozy holiday home with four bedrooms awaits you. While the villa with its spacious grounds offers an oasis of tranquility away from the tourist crowds, the lively towns, such as Šibenik (45 km) and Vodice (50 km) on the coast with their numerous beaches are easily accessible by car. A grocery store is only 2,5 km away from the house.

House for 8-9 persons: a total of approx. 190 m², consisting of two parts that are rented exclusively as one unit. The first part is on ground level and offers a living/dining area with sofa bed for one person, air conditioning, a fully equipped kitchen and direct access to the large terrace by the pool. Furthermore, a bedroom with two single beds and air conditioning, a bedroom with double bed and air conditioning, a bathroom with shower and a separate WC. The second part (with separate entrance) offers two floors. On the ground floor there is a rustic furnished lounge area. On the first floor there is a bedroom with two single beds and air conditioning, a bedroom with double bed and air conditioning and two bathrooms with shower.

Swimming pools: Please note that swimming pools are usually available for use from about mid-May to late September, depending on the weather. If not explicitly stated in the description, the swimming pool is not heated.

Dogs: Please note that dogs must be registered at the time of booking, stating the breed. The cost is 7 euro per dog per day, and the fee has to be paid directly to the landlord. Number of dogs allowed: 2.
