The elegant and modern adults-only hotel for guests aged 16 and over is located in Seget Donji with a magnificent view of the sea and the bay of Trogir.

Facilities: Reception, à-la-carte restaurant "Black Pepper" with sea view and dishes with seasonal and regionally produced ingredients, café "Ola Bar", rooftop bar "Code Zero" (open seasonally from approx. 01.06.), rooftop infinity pool (approx. 10x6.5 m, heatable, open approx. 01.06.-01.10.) with parasols and sun loungers (subject to availability), elevator, spa and wellness area with indoor pool, conference room for approx. 80 people. WiFi internet available in the hotel (free of charge). Parking in the duplex hotel garage and in the parking lot for a fee (€ 8 per day).

50 rooms: The modern non-smoking rooms with designer furniture are equipped with individually adjustable air conditioning, desk, safe, telephone, satellite TV, radio, free WiFi internet, open bathroom with underfloor heating and shower/WC, bathrobe, slippers and hairdryer as well as balcony with side or direct sea view. Minibar in the room available on request and at an extra charge.
Comfort room: approx. 37 m², double bed, balcony with approx. 3 m² and sea view.
Superior Plus room: approx. 37 m², double bed or twin beds, en-suite bathtub, balcony with approx. 4 m² and side sea view.
Superior Room: approx. 33 m², double bed or twin beds, balcony with approx. 9 m² and sea view
Deluxe Suite: approx. 68 m², bedroom with double bed and separate living room, en-suite bathtub, two bathrooms, two balconies with approx. 10 m² each and sea view.

Breakfast buffet, half board bookable for an extra charge.

Sport: Bicycle rental, various water sports available from external providers nearby for a fee.

Beach: The rocky and pebbly beach is 400 m away and can be reached via a road and the beach promenade. Jet-ski rental, rental boats, rental of parasols and sun loungers as well as a kiosk.

Pets: Small dogs up to 8 kg are allowed by prior arrangement (for a fee; € 20 per day). Larger dogs are possible on request for a higher fee.

Wellness-Center: Spa and wellness area on approx. 334 m² with heated freshwater indoor pool (approx. 9x4.5 m²), sauna, steam bath and small fitness room free of charge for hotel guests. Treatments for a fee. Free wellness bath towels are also available in the rooms, wellness towels can be exchanged for €7/each.
