Camping Zelena Laguna (Banko Camping)

Description

The mobile homes at Banko Camping are part of the well-known and family-friendly Zelena Laguna campsite and are located in section C of the multi-award-winning complex. A slow train (extra charge) will take you to Poreč, 5 km away, in around 15 minutes. The Zelena Laguna vacation complex offers numerous sports and leisure activities for the whole family.

Facilities: Several restaurants, bars, supermarket, bakery, newspaper and souvenir stores, dance terrace, freshwater swimming pool complex with a large activity pool, children's pool and water playground, parasols and sun loungers (for a fee), boat harbor, slipway, boat rental, bicycle rental, children's playground, mini club from 4-12 years, animation for adults, evening entertainment. WiFi internet available free of charge throughout the resort.

Mobile home Comfort for 6 people: approx. 32 m², bedroom with double bed, two further bedrooms each with two single beds, living area with kitchen (fridge with freezer compartment, gas hob, sink, microwave, coffee machine), seating area, dining area for 6 people, bathroom with shower/WC, separate WC, air conditioning, satellite TV, and WiFi (free of charge). Covered terrace (approx. 18 m²) with table and six chairs, two sun loungers and charcoal barbecue.

Sport: Aqua aerobics, beach volleyball, mini soccer and basketball court. Tennis, table tennis, mini golf, bike hire, trampoline, horse riding and various water sports are available for a fee.

Beach: Blue flag awarded rocky and pebble beach with concrete sunbathing areas and sunbathing lawns, as well as beach showers. Sun loungers and parasols for a fee.

Note: A deposit of 100 € is payable on arrival. Tourist tax (approx. 1.50 per person per day) - payable on site. Please bring your own towels, tea towels and bed linen. It is also possible to rent bed linen; this must be stated when booking. The rental price for bed linen is 15 € per double bed and 10 € per single bed per stay or change, the rental price for a towel set (1 shower towel one towel) is 4 € - payable on site. Final cleaning included in the price. Extra tent not allowed.

Poreč - Istria

Porec is the main tourist centre of Istria, situated in the central part of Istria’s west coast. Its history has ancient origins and all the people who have dominated here have left indelible traces, like the Jupiter temple from Roman times, the Roman house and the house of the two holy ones from the Romanesque period. Many Gothic buildings are constructed in the Venetian style as well as other cultural monuments. The best known monument in Porec is for certain the Eufrasian Basilica, from the VI century, where there are conserved some wonderful mosaics of the Byzantine age and which in 1997 was inscribed on the World Heritage List under the protection of UNESCO. The beginnings of tourism date back to the XIX century, but the largest developments were made in the middle of the 60's and at the beginning of the 70's, continuing up to the end of the 20th century. Today, Porec is a celebrated tourist location, with countless facilities for those who love activity vacations ashore or on the sea, but also for lovers of culture, families with children and above all for young people, who can pass pleasant moments in the innumerable bars in the historic town centre. The hinterland offers wine trails, possibilities to rent country houses, medieval small towns and only 8 km away, the opportunity to visit the most well known cave in Istria at Baredine.
