The small, privately run Hotel Velanera is located in Šišan, a small town in Istria, just 2.5 km from Ližnjan and 8 km from Pula. The hotel's restaurant is one of the most famous restaurants on the peninsula. Here you can not only taste but also experience creative Mediterranean cuisine, enriched with specialties of the region. The host, a renowned Croatian restaurateur and sommelier, offers excellent cuisine as well as selected wines from all over the world.
Facilities: Reception, elevator, conference room (60 seats), bar and à la carte restaurant with terrace, freshwater swimming pool. Free parking on the property. Rental bicycles can be provided on request. Room service is available.
13 rooms: 9 of these are double rooms on the second floor and 3 double rooms and a suite on the second floor of the hotel. All rooms are comfortably and modernly furnished and have a telephone, satellite TV, WiFi Internet (free), safe, mini-fridge, air conditioning and bathroom/WC.
Catering: Breakfast buffet included in the price. Lunch and dinner can be booked flexibly on site.
Other: The hotel has a large terrace and a large, fenced property (approx. 5000 m²).
