This charming stone house is located in the village of Donji Proložac, nestled in the hinterland of Dalmatia, just 6 km from the town of Imotski. Surrounded by fields, vineyards and gentle hills, it is the perfect retreat for those seeking a peaceful atmosphere away from the hustle and bustle of the tourist hotspots. Yet, the sea is not far – the popular beaches of Baška Voda and Brela are approximately 35 km away and easily reachable by car, making them ideal destinations for a day trip. Nearby, you’ll also find the Blue (Modro Jezero) and Red (Crveno Jezero) Lakes, the Vrljika River, and numerous trails for walking or cycling. The nearest grocery store is around 4 km away, while the closest restaurant can be reached in about 6 km. In addition to its lovingly decorated interior with three bedrooms, guests can enjoy an outdoor terrace with a dining area and a covered summer kitchen equipped with a sink and barbecue.

House for 6 persons: approx. 95 m², spread over three floors. The ground floor features a fully equipped kitchen with an open-plan living and dining area, air conditioning, and access to a terrace with an outdoor dining space. There is also a bathroom with a shower. The first floor comprises two bedrooms, each with a double bed, TV and air conditioning, as well as two bathrooms, each with a shower. From the hallway on this floor, you can access a shared balcony offering views of the garden and the distant Biokovo mountain. The attic floor houses a bedroom with two single beds and air conditioning, as well as a separate WC. Please note that the walls in this room are lower, and the bedroom does not have a door.
