The modern, exclusive vacation complex with a total of 128 apartments is located in Punta Skala, around one kilometer north of the picturesque fishing village of Petrčane. The well-kept rocky and pebble beach and the pool area are located directly in front of the apartment complex. The spacious apartments impress with their open-plan concept and modern, tasteful furnishings.

Facilities: Reception, pizzeria/café, beach bar, supermarket, freshwater swimming pool with pool bar, sun terrace with sun loungers and parasols (limited number, for a fee). One parking space per apartment (free of charge). WiFi internet available in the apartment and public areas (free of charge).

Apartment for 2-4 persons type A: approx. 45 m², located on the first floor or second floor, consisting of living room with sofa bed, kitchenette (stove with 4 hobs, oven, fridge, coffee machine) and dining area, one double room, satellite TV, air conditioning, telephone, WiFi internet (free of charge), safe, shower/WC with hairdryer, balcony or terrace.
Apartment for 2-4 persons Type B: approx. 45 m², located on the second floor, consisting of living room with sofa bed, kitchenette (stove with 4 hobs, oven, fridge, coffee maker) and dining area, one bedroom with double bed, one bedroom with pull-out sofa bed, satellite TV, air conditioning, telephone, WiFi internet (free of charge), safe, shower/WC with hairdryer, balcony.
Apartment for 2-4 persons Type C: approx. 55 m², located on the first floor or second floor, consisting of living room with sofa bed, kitchenette (stove with 4 hobs, oven, fridge, coffee machine) and dining area, one bedroom with double bed, one bedroom with pull-out sofa bed, satellite TV, air conditioning, telephone, WiFi internet (free of charge), safe, bathroom/WC with hairdryer, balcony or terrace.

Catering: accommodation only.

Beach: The well-kept rocky and pebble beach is approx. 100-300 m away, depending on the accommodation.

Pets: Only permitted on prior request, for a fee (approx. € 17 per day).
