Steps or a longer path from the parking lot lead to the hotel, which is located on a hill.
Facilities: Restaurant, aperitif bar, various lounges, safe at reception (for a fee), newspaper stand. Freshwater swimming pool with separate children's pool and sun loungers (free of charge, limited number). Storage room for bicycles. Guarded parking lot for a fee (approx. € 1.50 per day). WiFi internet available throughout the hotel (free of charge).
170 rooms: comfortably furnished with air conditioning, satellite TV, telephone, WiFi internet (free of charge), fridge (can be rented for a fee) and shower/WC. Baby crib available on request (free of charge).
Double room: approx. 14-18 m², optionally bookable with balcony facing the sea.
Single room: approx. 12-14 m².
Suites: approx. 28 m², additional living room with small sofa bed (110 x 180 cm) and balcony facing the park or the sea.
Meals: Breakfast buffet. Half board PLUS with evening buffet bookable for an extra charge.
Sport & animation: The resort is home to Croatia's largest sports center - 18 clay tennis courts (four of which are floodlit), 3 Colorset tennis courts, tennis school, table tennis, four grass soccer pitches, large sports hall, four squash courts, fitness center, bocce courts, basketball, volleyball, mini golf, bicycle rental, horseback riding, paddle, pedal, sailing and motor boats, water skiing, parasailing, banana boats, diving school and much more. In the high season, the resort offers various entertainment programs for all hotels - children's entertainment, sports entertainment with aerobics and various tournaments, as well as evening entertainment with shows.
Beach: The "Blue Flag" awarded rocky and pebble beach with concrete sunbathing areas and shady lawns is approx. 200 m away via steps. Sun loungers and parasols for a fee.
EXTRAS INCLUDED: When booking half board for stays from the end of May to mid-September, lunch snack (e.g. sandwich or cake), drinks with dinner (red and white wine, draught beer, juice, mineral water) included. Themed dinners once a week from the end of May to the beginning of September. Entertainment from the end of May to the end of August.

Poreč - Istria
Porec is the main tourist centre of Istria, situated in the central part of Istria’s west coast. Its history has ancient origins and all the people who have dominated here have left indelible traces, like the Jupiter temple from Roman times, the Roman house and the house of the two holy ones from the Romanesque period. Many Gothic buildings are constructed in the Venetian style as well as other cultural monuments. The best known monument in Porec is for certain the Eufrasian Basilica, from the VI century, where there are conserved some wonderful mosaics of the Byzantine age and which in 1997 was inscribed on the World Heritage List under the protection of UNESCO. The beginnings of tourism date back to the XIX century, but the largest developments were made in the middle of the 60's and at the beginning of the 70's, continuing up to the end of the 20th century. Today, Porec is a celebrated tourist location, with countless facilities for those who love activity vacations ashore or on the sea, but also for lovers of culture, families with children and above all for young people, who can pass pleasant moments in the innumerable bars in the historic town centre. The hinterland offers wine trails, possibilities to rent country houses, medieval small towns and only 8 km away, the opportunity to visit the most well known cave in Istria at Baredine.Excursions available: Venice, Plitvice Lakes National Park, Brijuni National Park, canoe safari, jeep safari, “Fish Picnic” boat excursion, visit to the city of Pula, Istria tour, visit to the Postojna coves in Slovenia, the famous Lipizzaner stud farm, Zagreb and many more.
