Nestled in the mountainous hinterlands of Central Dalmatia, this two-bedroom holiday villa is a mere 20-minute drive from the sea. Encircled by quintessential Mediterranean landscapes, the property offers panoramic views of expansive vineyards, fields, forests, and meadows that blanket the enchanting mountainous terrain. While Villa Emanuel provides a serene retreat away from the bustling tourist hubs, vibrant coastal towns like Trogir and Šibenik, renowned for their plethora of beaches, entertainment options, and historical landmarks, are easily accessible within a 20-30 minute drive. Essential amenities such as a grocery store and a restaurant are approximately 3 km away.

House for 4-6 People: approx. 90 m² spread over two floors. The ground floor houses a cozy living/dining area complete with a fireplace and a modern, fully-equipped kitchen. Furthermore, there is a WC on the ground floor. Corkscrew stairs lead to the first floor, which comprises two bedrooms, each furnished with a double bed and a single bed. Additionally, there's a bathroom with shower. Both bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning and each opens onto its own spacious balcony, offering views of the verdant surroundings.

Swimming pools: Please note that swimming pools are usually available for use from about mid-May to late September, depending on the weather. If not explicitly stated in the description, the swimming pool is not heated.

Further details: Complimentary WiFi is available throughout the property. Free private parking is provided on the premises. A covered terrace adjacent to the pool (4 x 8 m) features a grill and an outdoor dining area. The children's playground is equipped with a swing, slide, trampoline, and sandbox. A unique feature is the mobile grocery store that makes regular visits during the summer months.

Dogs: Please note that dogs must be registered at the time of booking, stating the breed. The cost is 10 euro per dog per day, and the fee has to be paid directly to the landlord. Number of dogs allowed: 1.
