While Villa Emanuel provides a serene retreat away from the bustling tourist hubs, vibrant coastal towns like Trogir and Šibenik, renowned for their plethora of beaches, entertainment options, and historical landmarks, are easily accessible within a 20-30 minute drive. Essential amenities such as a grocery store and a restaurant are approximately 3 km away.

House for 4-6 People: approx. 90 m² spread over two floors. The ground floor houses a cozy living/dining area complete with a fireplace and a modern, fully-equipped kitchen. Furthermore, there is a WC on the ground floor. Corkscrew stairs lead to the first floor, which comprises two bedrooms, each furnished with a double bed and a single bed. Additionally, there's a bathroom with shower. Both bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning and each opens onto its own spacious balcony, offering views of the verdant surroundings.

Swimming pools: Please note that swimming pools are usually available for use from about mid-May to late September, depending on the weather. If not explicitly stated in the description, the swimming pool is not heated.
