Description
The hotel complex consists of a central building and four residential pavilions.
Facilities: Central building with reception, restaurant, aperitif bar, and lounges. Near the beach, freshwater swimming pool with children's pool, sun terrace, deck chairs (free of charge, limited number), snack bar, restaurant, café, and dance terrace with live music. Entertainment for children and adults, mini club (ages 4-11) daily except Saturdays. Partially shaded parking. WiFi internet available throughout the hotel complex (free of charge).
228 rooms: with air conditioning, satellite TV, telephone, WiFi internet (free of charge), mini fridge, safe, shower/WC, and balcony facing the sea. Superior double room: approx. 20 m², can also be booked with a sleeper chair (80x200 cm) for children up to 11.99 years of age.
Family room: approx. 41 m², two double rooms with connecting door. Baby cot available free of charge on request.
Single room: approx. 13 m² with a single bed (90x200 cm).
Meals: Full board "all inclusive" with breakfast, lunch, and dinner buffet.
Sport – included: 2 sand tennis courts, table tennis, beach volleyball, mini golf, paddle boats, billiards, darts, and video games. Swimming lessons for children aged 4 and up and mermaid lessons for children aged 8 and up. Sports activities including morning exercises, aquarobics, aerobics, bike tours, dance school, etc. The sports and entertainment program is limited in the early and late seasons.
Beach: Rocky and pebble beach with stone platforms and deck chair and parasol rental (limited number), depending on accommodation, approx. 50 to 100 m away via steps and paths.
All inclusive: Drinks with lunch and dinner (wine, beer, mineral water, juices, soft drinks, iced tea), snacks in the "Tramontana" restaurant from 12 noon to 4 p.m. (risotto, pasta, salads, meat dishes, and ice cream), snacks in the "Tramontana" from 5 to 6 p.m. (sandwiches, pizza, cakes, ice cream, smoothies, freshly cut fruit, coffee, and tea), wine, beer, juices, mineral water, and ice cream at Tramontana and Fresh Corner from 10 a.m. to midnight, and alcoholic beverages (local spirits, vodka, whiskey, gin, etc.) at Fresh Corner from 9 p.m. to midnight.

Funtana - Istria
This small fishing village and holiday location is situated on the western coast of Istria, between Vrsar and Porec. This part of the coast offers numerous bays and islands. The landscape is dominated by scenic hills and vineyards, cultivated fields, olive groves and fir and beech forests which stretch down to the sea. The mild Mediterranean climate has an average temperature of 5ºC in January, the coldest month of the year and with 24 ºC in August which is the warmest month of the year. The bathing season lasts from May to October. This mild climate and the proximity to continental Europe have had a strong and positive influence on the progress of tourism. The inhabitants of Funtana and its outskirts began intensively to take up tourism in the sixties, when the coast was extremely attractive. From then they started to built campsites, hotels and private accommodation that will satisfy all the guests who will spend their holidays there. Besides accommodation the inhabitants of Funtana offer numerous restaurants and the typical national "Konobas" with their excellent culinary specialities.Price for all persons
