The Villas Mlini resort is located in Mlini directly by the sea, approx. 12 km from the old town of Dubrovnik. It consists of 39 comfortable apartments/villas renovated for the 2022 season. All the facilities of the neighboring Hotel Astarea are also available to guests of Villas Mlini.

Facilities: Restaurant, lobby bar, WiFi internet available (free of charge). The facilities of the Hotel Astarea can be shared - several restaurants, several bars, freshwater swimming pool, children's pool, sun loungers and parasols (free of charge, limited number), business center, varied entertainment program for children and adults (seasonal). Free parking lot.

Apartment for 2 persons: approx. 20-34 m², one bedroom with double bed or two single beds, bathroom or shower/WC, living room with couch, modern equipped kitchenette with microwave, stove, fridge and coffee machine, dining area, balcony facing the sea. All apartments have air conditioning, LCD TV, safe, telephone and free WiFi internet.
Apartment for 3 people: approx. 20-34 m², one bedroom with double bed or two single beds, bath or shower/WC, living room with sofa bed, modern kitchenette with microwave, stove, fridge and coffee machine, dining area, balcony facing the sea. All apartments have air conditioning, LCD TV, safe, telephone and free WiFi internet.
Villa for 2-4 persons: approx. 43 m², one bedroom with double bed or two single beds, bathroom/WC, living room with sofa bed, modern kitchenette with microwave, stove, fridge and coffee machine, dining area, terrace facing the sea. All villas have air conditioning, LCD TV, safe, telephone and free WiFi internet.
Villa for 2-4 persons Premium: approx. 43 m², one bedroom with double bed or two single beds, bathroom/WC, living room with sofa bed, modern kitchenette with microwave, stove, fridge and coffee machine, dining area, terrace with sea view. All villas have air conditioning, LCD TV, safe, telephone and free WiFi internet.

Catering: accommodation only. Breakfast can be booked for an additional charge - guests of the apartments/villas eat in the main restaurant of the neighboring Hotel Astarea.

Sport: Fitness center and table tennis at Hotel Astarea, water sports on the beach.

Beach: The well-tended pebble beach with restaurant

Pets: Smaller dogs (up to 18 kg) allowed, for a fee of approx. 10 € per day.

Wellness-Center: In the neighboring Hotel Astarea - spa area with Finnish sauna and fitness center with modern equipment. Various massages and beauty treatments are also available (for a fee).
