Description

The sprawling apartment complex consists of two-story apartment buildings and single-story row bungalows, with a total of 516 functionally furnished units. During the high season, a shuttle bus runs to the city (for a fee).

Facilities: Buffet restaurant, pizzeria, fast food, safe at the front desk (for a fee). Entertainment program (late May through early September) featuring daytime and evening activities for adults and children, and a mini-club for children ages 5 to 12. Freshwater swimming pool with a children’s pool and lounge chairs (free of charge, limited availability). Paid parking available at the resort (€2 per day). During the season, the resort also features market stalls selling fruits and vegetables, souvenir shops, newsstands, a supermarket, various stores, and cafés. Internet corner and WiFi available in the reception area (free of charge).

Studio for 2 people: approx. 17 sq. m., living/sleeping area with a double bed or two single beds, satellite TV, telephone, kitchenette and dining area, bathroom/toilet, and a terrace facing the park.
Studio for 2–3 people: approx. 27 sq. ft., living/sleeping area with double bed or two single beds and a sofa bed, satellite TV, telephone, kitchenette and dining area, bathroom/toilet, and balcony or terrace.
Apartment for 2–3 people: approx. 30 m², double room with two single beds, living-bedroom with sofa bed, satellite TV, telephone, kitchenette and dining area, bathroom/toilet, and balcony or terrace.
Apartment for 2–4 people: approx. 30 m², double room with two single beds, living-bedroom with double sofa bed, satellite TV, telephone, kitchenette and dining area, bathroom/toilet, and balcony or terrace.
Classic Apartment for 2–4 people: approx. 30 m², double room with two single beds, living-bedroom with sofa bed, satellite TV, telephone, kitchenette and dining area, bathroom/toilet, and terrace facing the park.
Apartment for 2–5 people: approx. 38 m², double room with two single beds, living-bedroom with sleeping accommodations for 3 people, satellite TV, telephone, kitchenette and dining area, bathroom/toilet, and balcony or terrace.

Baby crib available free of charge upon request in all categories.

Meals: accommodation only; breakfast buffet or half-board with dinner buffet available for an additional fee.

Sport: Sailing, parasailing, windsurfing, banana boats, pedal boats and rowboats, tennis courts, tennis lessons, beach volleyball, bike rentals, table tennis, basketball, handball, soccer. Riding center across from the apartment complex.

Beach: The rocky and pebble beach, which features a snack bar, umbrellas, and lounge chairs (for a fee), is approximately 200–600 meters away, depending on your accommodation.

Pets: Only small pets (dogs and cats) weighing up to 10 kg are allowed (for a fee; €18 per day). Pets are not permitted in the restaurant, at the front desk, or in the pool area and must be under the owner’s supervision at all times.
On the beaches, they are only allowed in specially designated areas.
