A short drive from Pula is the fishing village of Fažana, from where excursion boats depart to the Brijuni Islands National Park, definitely worth a visit. In addition to numerous excursion and entertainment options, you will find a comfortable villa with four bedrooms and a well-maintained outdoor area featuring a private pool (4 x 7 m), sun terrace, comfortable loungers, and a barbecue area. The youngest guests can look forward to their own playground with a trampoline, swing, slide, and climbing frame. The entire property is available for your exclusive use. House for 8-10 persons: Approx. 250 m² over two floors, modern and comfortably furnished. The ground floor features a fully equipped kitchen, a living/dining room with air conditioning and a pull-out couch (160 x 200 cm), a game room with a couch and PlayStation, a bedroom with a double bed and air conditioning, a bathroom with shower, and a separate WC. From the living area, there is direct access to the terrace by the pool. The first floor has two bedrooms with air conditioning and double beds, a bedroom with air conditioning and two single beds, and three bathrooms with showers. One of the bedrooms has its own balcony.

Swimming pools: Please note that swimming pools are usually available for use from about mid-May to late September, depending on the weather. If not explicitly stated in the description, the swimming pool is not heated.
