Nestled in the peaceful village of Zajci, a mere 5-minute drive from the historic hilltop town of Pićan, this comfortable holiday villa is situated on a completely fenced property, reserved for your exclusive use. Surrounded by lush greenery and the unique beauty of nature, with expansive olive groves, vineyards, forests, and fields, it offers a perfect setting for relaxation. The villa features a large, fenced garden, ensuring peace and privacy. Guests can enjoy a private swimming pool (4,5 x 9 m) with a sun terrace, outdoor shower, and comfortable sun loungers, as well as a play ground for children and an outdoor barbecue and dining area. The interior is furnished to a high standard, offering four bedrooms and a high level of comfort. The surroundings are ideal for extensive bike rides and hikes through the evergreen nature, and climbing Mount Učka rewards with a magnificent view. A nearby hiking trail leads to the enchanting Sopot waterfall. For beach holidays, the “Copacabana” beach, located below the historic town of Plomin, is just a 15-minute drive away, while the well-known beaches in Rabac are about 20 km away. The vibrant cities on Istria's west coast, such as Poreč, Rovinj, and Vrsar, with their numerous beaches, entertainment, and shopping options, are easily accessible by car.

House for 8-10 persons: approx. 215 m², consisting of two parts that are rented as a single unit. The larger house has about 170 m² of living space on two floors – the ground floor features two bedrooms with double beds, TV, and air conditioning, two bathrooms with showers, and a bathroom with a hydro-massage bathtub. The first floor has a spacious living/dining area with air conditioning, TV, a pull-out couch (160 x 200 cm), a fully equipped kitchen, and direct access to the covered terrace with a lounge set, rocking chair, and lovely views of the pool. There is also a bedroom with a double bed, air conditioning, and TV, and a bathroom with shower. The smaller house offers about 45 m² of living space on two floors – the ground floor comprises a fully equipped eat-in kitchen with a dining table, TV, and a romantic open fireplace. The first floor offers a bedroom with a double bed, air conditioning, TV, and a bathroom with shower.

Swimming pools: Please note that swimming pools are usually available for use from about mid-May to late September, depending on the weather. If not explicitly stated in the description, the swimming pool is not heated.

Dogs: Please note that dogs must be registered at the time of booking, stating the breed. The cost is 10 euro per dog per day, and the fee has to be paid directly to the landlord. Number of dogs allowed: 4.
