Conveniently located by the sea, just a short walk from the old town, this hotel has been a favorite among our regular guests for many years. Attentive and friendly staff, along with its famously excellent food, have made it a “Riva stronghold.”

Facilities: Lobby with bar and terrace (wide selection of drinks, sandwiches, and cakes), medical office, “Mediterraneo” buffet restaurant with show cooking and a large terrace, “Oliva” restaurant with a wide selection of drinks and cocktails as well as light lunch options, Freshwater swimming pool complex with an activity pool and pool bar, as well as two water slides, a heated baby pool with water attractions, a relaxation pool, lounge chairs, and umbrellas (limited number, free of charge), and a large sun terrace with a relaxation zone and quiet area. Varied entertainment program from June 15 to September 1 featuring sports activities and entertainment for adults and children of various age groups, Teens Lounge (ages 13–17) with PlayStation, Maro Club (Mini Club ages 0–6, Maxi Club ages 7–12), children’s playground, PlayStation rental. Bicycle storage room, secure, partially shaded parking lot (for a fee; approx. €3 per day), charging station for electric cars (for a fee). During the season, a mini-train runs to the old town (for a fee). WiFi available throughout the hotel (free of charge).

329 rooms: comfortably furnished with air conditioning, telephone, free Wi-Fi, LCD satellite TV, minibar, safe, hairdryer, and bath or shower/toilet. All rooms have a balcony. Room service available from 7 a.m. to 9 p.m. A crib is available upon request (for a fee; €5 per day).
Double room: approx. 22 m², one double bed or two single beds, balcony facing the park or the sea, also bookable as a single room. Double rooms with additional sleeping accommodations (extra bed for one person or double sofa bed) are slightly larger and face the park or the sea.
Superior Double Room: approx. 22–28 m², located in the new wing, one double bed, additional sofa bed (190x80 cm) for one person, balcony facing the park or the sea.
Junior Family Suite: approx. 28–32 m², one bedroom with a double bed or two single beds, living area with a double sofa bed (160x200 cm) and a desk, bathroom/toilet, balcony. Can be booked facing the park or the sea.
Superior Family Room: approx. 27–34 sq. ft., located in the new wing, one bedroom with a double bed, living area separated by a sliding door with two daybeds (sofas, each 80x190 cm), shower/toilet, balcony facing the park.
Premium Family Suite: approx. 32–41 m², located in the new wing, one bedroom with a double bed, separate living area with two daybeds (sofas, each 80x190 cm), shower/toilet, balcony.
Superior Family Suite: approx. 42–50 sq. ft., two bedrooms with double beds, separate living area with a sofa bed, shower/toilet, balcony.

Meals: Breakfast buffet. Half-board PLUS with a lavish dinner buffet featuring show cooking available for an additional fee. Occasional themed dinners (June through September).

Sport: A modern, 24/7 fitness center, table tennis, and a Stay-Fit program featuring various group activities, including outdoor, yoga, stretching, and aqua programs. Next to the hotel is the Bike Center Poreč and Cycling Park (both for a fee), featuring bike rentals, a bike repair shop, a 570 m² pump track, and circuits for adults and children. About 700 m from the hotel is the Pical Tennis Center (for a fee) with 15 clay courts.

Beach: The "Val Parentino Family Beach"—a rocky and pebble beach with shaded lawns, concrete and sandy sunbathing areas, a barbecue restaurant, a snack bar, and a lounge bar—is 300 meters away through the woods. Deck chairs, umbrellas, and beach cabanas are available for a fee.

Pets: Available upon request (for a fee of approximately €30 per day). Wow Wow Welcome Pack for Pets (treats, toys, food bowl, travel guide for vacations with pets).

Wellness-center: featuring a sauna, steam room, and relaxation area. Massages (including outdoor sessions) as well as various body and facial treatments are available.

Extras included: When booking half-board, soft drinks from the vending machine (non-alcoholic) are included with dinner.
