The hotel, which is conveniently located by the sea and just a few minutes' walk from the old town, has been the most popular hotel among our regular customers for many years. Attentive and friendly staff, as well as the famously excellent food, have made it a "Riva stronghold".

Facilities: Lobby with bar and terrace (large selection of drinks, sandwiches and cakes), doctor's surgery, buffet restaurant "Mediterraneo" with show cooking and large terrace, restaurant "Oliva" with a large selection of drinks and cocktails as well as light lunches, Freshwater swimming pool complex with activity pool and pool bar as well as two water slides, heated baby pool with water attractions, relaxation pool, sun loungers and parasols (limited number, free of charge), as well as a large sun terrace with relaxation zone and rest area. Varied entertainment program in the period 15.06.-01.09. with sports activities and entertainment for adults and children of different age groups, Teens Lounge (13-17 years) with Playstation, Maro Club (Mini Club 0-6 years, Maxi Club 7-12 years), children's playground, Play Station rental. Bicycle storage room, guarded, partially shaded parking lot (for a fee; approx. € 3 per day). During the season there is a mini-train to the old town (for a fee). WiFi internet available throughout the hotel (free of charge).

329 rooms: comfortably furnished with air conditioning, telephone, WiFi Internet (free of charge), LCD satellite TV, minibar, safe and bath or shower/WC. All rooms have a balcony. Room service from 7-21 o'clock. Baby crib available on request (for a fee, €5 per day).
Double room: approx. 22 m², one double bed or two single beds, balcony facing the park or the sea, can also be booked as a single room. Double rooms with additional sleeping accommodation (extra bed for one person or double sofa bed) are slightly larger and face the park or the sea.
Superior double room: approx. 22-28 m², located in the new wing, one double bed, additional sofa bed for one person, balcony facing the park or sea side.
Junior family suite: approx. 28-32 m², one bedroom with double bed or two single beds, living room with double sofa bed (160 x 200 cm) and desk, bathroom/WC, balcony. Optionally bookable on the park side or the sea side.
Superior family room: approx. 27-34 m², located in the new wing, one bedroom with double bed, living area separated by a sliding door with two day beds (sofas), shower/WC, balcony on the park side.
Premium family suite: approx. 32-41 m², located in the new wing, one bedroom with double bed, separate living area with two day beds (sofas), shower/WC, balcony.
Superior family suite: approx. 42-50 m², two bedrooms with double bed, separate living area with sofa bed, shower/WC, balcony.

Catering: Breakfast buffet. Half-board PLUS with extensive evening buffet with show cooking can be booked for an additional charge. Occasional themed dinners (June to September).

Sport: About 200 m away in the Borik sports center you will find several clay tennis courts, table tennis, mini golf, beach volleyball, bike rental, paddle, pedal and motor boats, banana boats. There are also morning gymnastics and a stay-fit program at the hotel.

Beach: The rocky and pebbly "Val Parentino Family Beach" with shady sunbathing lawns, concrete and sandy sunbathing areas, barbecue restaurant, snack bar and lounge bar is 300 m away through the forest. Sun loungers, parasols and beach cabanas for a fee.

Pets: Allowed on request (for a fee, approx. 30 € per day).

Wellness-Center: with sauna, steam bath and relaxation area. Massages (also outdoors) and various body and facial treatments are offered.

EXTRAS INCLUDED: When booking half board, soft drinks from the vending machine (non-alcoholic) are included with dinner.
