Description

The 180 villas are located on their own peninsula in the shade of hundred-year-old pines, separated from the rest of the Stella Maris Resort, creating a comfortable oasis. The peninsula is car-free, and guests of the villas have their own parking space at the entrance to the Stella Maris Resort (for a fee, approx. €1.50 per day). On arrival and departure, you and your luggage will be driven to and from the villas in small electric vehicles. The Sea Star Festival music festival takes place from 23.05.-25.05.2025. A special experience is certainly the ATP tennis tournament "Croatia Open", which takes place from 18.07.-27.07.2025 in the tennis center next to the complex. During this time, the focus is on supporting events and parties until the early hours of the morning.

Facilities: Own reception, "Aqua Chill Out" complex with freshwater swimming pool and whirlpool, sun loungers, parasols, relaxation area and chill-out terrace with bar. Seawater swimming pool with children's pool, café bar, sun terraces and sun loungers (free of charge, limited number). "Ô Grill Restaurant" by the swimming pool, exclusive à la carte restaurant in the villa area, "Al Mare" buffet restaurant and other restaurants, cafés, bars and pizzerias in the resort. A promenade runs along the beach around the peninsula. Animation programs (see description Stella Maris Resort). WiFi internet available in the resort (free of charge).

Superior Villa for 2-4 persons: approx. 43 m², air conditioning, smart TV, telephone, WiFi internet (free of charge), safe, one bedroom with double bed, living room with sofa bed (140 x 180 cm), kitchenette with fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, microwave, induction hob, toaster and kettle, wine cabinet, minibar and cocktail bar, dining area, shower/WC, furnished terrace (approx. 17 m²) with gas grill and curtains. Baby crib available free of charge on request.
Superior Plus Villa for 4-6 people: approx. 60 m², air conditioning, smart TV, telephone, WiFi internet (free of charge), safe, one bedroom with double bed, one bedroom with two single beds, living room with sofa bed (140 x 180 cm), kitchenette with fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, microwave, induction hob, toaster and kettle, wine cabinet, minibar and cocktail bar, dining area, two bathrooms with shower/WC, furnished terrace (approx. 17 m²) with gas barbecue and curtains. Baby crib available free of charge on request.

Catering: Accommodation only. Breakfast buffet or half board with evening buffet in the "Al Mare" restaurant bookable for an additional charge.

Sport: The tennis center with 14 clay courts is right next to the resort; in the resort you will find another 3 clay courts, table tennis, beach volleyball, diving, jet skiing, motorboats, pedal boats and paddle boats as well as bike rental. Sports hall and soccer pitch nearby.

Beach: The newly created rock and pebble beach with sunbathing areas runs around the entire peninsula. Sun loungers and parasols are available for a fee.

Pets: allowed for a fee (approx. 17 € per day).

Umag - Istria

The legend tells that Umag was named after the Celtic word “mag”, which stands for fertile land. This land and sea has truly always been blessed with everything that nature offers. In olden times Umag used to be the summer residence for the Roman nobles. Some of the ancient glamorous villas in the old town of Umag can still today be admired. Rewarded with the international prize for the absolute sea clarity, they conquer with their allure and crystal beauty. Umag is best-known as the center of the international ATP tournament since 1990, which is every July home to some of the most famous tennis players from all over the world.
