The unique Kornati Islands National Park is "right on the doorstep" and, with its countless islets and reefs surrounded by turquoise-blue sea, offers a paradise on earth that is a must-see. Culture vultures will get their money's worth in the coastal town of Zadar, which offers numerous sights and cultural monuments as well as a varied gastronomic program.

Pets: Only allowed in the Lavanda, Agava and Mirta hotels (for a fee, approx. €15 per day). Not allowed in the Hotel Maxim.

Diving in Božava

The well-known diving center of Hagi and Gaby is located directly in the small harbour of Božava, only 150 to 300 m from the hotels. It has two diving boats, modern technical equipment and, of course, plenty of rental equipment. Two to three trips a day to the most beautiful dive sites, as well as diving courses according to CMAS and SSI for all levels (children, beginners, seniors, advanced, divemaster) and introductory dives. How to get to Božava

With your own car: Travel to Zadar, from here the car ferry departs 3 times a day to Brbinj (island of Dugi Otok), 4 times a day on Saturdays in July/August. Fare approx. 20 € per car and approx. 3.30 € per person per way. Info: Jadrolinija shipping company

Flying to Zadar: Renowned airlines fly to Zadar on Saturdays from many German airports, as well as from Vienna and Zurich. Flight times and current prices are available from your travel agency or directly from us. We will be happy to organize your transfer from Zadar airport directly to the hotel in Božava. If the flight arrives by 18:00 and the return flight is from 09:30, the transfer can take place on the same day (Saturday). The price for the transfer Zadar Airport - Božava - Zadar Airport is €84 per person.
Intermediate overnight stay: If the arrival of your selected flight is scheduled after 18:00 or the return flight before 09:30, we recommend that you take this into account when booking your flight. If necessary, you should then plan the outbound flight one day earlier (e.g. on Friday) or the return flight one day later (e.g. on Sunday).
