Compliance protects the company and its employees
Compliance means adhering to legal regulations and internal corporate standards of conduct. Compliance rules aim to protect employees and the company from harm. They form the basis of our daily actions and apply to all employees, including executives and managing directors.
Our employees are continuously informed about our compliance regulations and may receive personal advice upon request. Reports from employees or external parties regarding possible misconduct, potential legal violations, or criminal offenses such as corruption are reviewed with great care and treated confidentially.
You can reach the Compliance Team of the DERTOUR Group via email here.
Principles of Conduct for Respectful Cooperation
Our principles of conduct are characterized by integrity and loyalty: we comply with laws and regulations, engage in fair competition, and are a reliable partner for our customers and business partners.
As the tourism division of the REWE Group, the Group’s standards of conduct are binding for us. These are set out in the REWE Group Code of Conduct and apply equally to the DERTOUR Group.
The Code of Conduct contains principles for our business dealings and interactions with one another. It provides guidance and is also an obligation for everyone acting on behalf of the REWE Group.
More information on compliance and the REWE Group Code of Conduct can be found [here] (https://www.rewe-group.com/de/unternehmen/unternehmenskultur/compliance/ “”).
Reporting Compliance Concerns
With the Hintbox, it is especially easy to submit compliance reports — anonymously if desired. The new tool also enables smooth, data-protection-compliant communication between whistleblowers and the responsible compliance departments within the REWE Group.
Persons wishing to submit compliance reports without using the digital tool may still contact the REWE Group’s external ombudsperson.
Ombudsperson of the REWE Group
The REWE Group has appointed Munich attorney Andreas von Máriássy as an external ombudsperson. Employees, customers, and business partners of the REWE Group and the DERTOUR Group may contact him personally and anonymously to submit a compliance report or seek a neutral contact person bound to confidentiality.
The service is free of charge for the reporting person. Contact is possible in German and English.

Complaints Regarding Human Rights or Environmental Risks or Breaches of Duty
Our complaints procedure under the German Supply Chain Due Diligence Act (LkSG) ensures a trustworthy and transparent approach in handling complaints related to human rights violations or environmental obligations.
Suspected cases such as forced labor, child labor, discrimination, or harmful contamination of soil, water, and air, as well as harmful noise emissions or excessive water consumption connected to the DERTOUR Group, may be reported.
Complaints may be submitted digitally by employees and external parties via the DERTOUR Group complaint channel as part of the REWE Group — anonymously if desired.
Customer complaints, for example regarding the quality of products and services of the DERTOUR Group, are not considered complaints relating to human rights or environmental risks or breaches of duty. Please contact the relevant customer service departments and hotlines for such matters.
We expressly encourage employees and external parties to inform us in cases of suspected human rights or environmental risks or breaches of duty. Whistleblowers must not suffer any disadvantages as a result of submitting complaints in a professional context.
The complaints procedure follows a defined process documented in procedural regulations. Impartial conduct is ensured at all times; those involved are independent of instructions and bound to confidentiality.
