Mobile home "Next" for 4-5 persons: approx. 30 m², modern furnished, one bedroom with double bed (160 x 190 cm), one bedroom with two single beds (each bed 80 x 190 cm), living area with fully equipped kitchenette (refrigerator with freezer, stove, microwave, coffee maker) and sofa bed for one person, two bathrooms with shower and hairdryer, covered furnished terrace (about 20 m²). WiFi available in the mobile home (free of charge). Also TV and air conditioning.

Mobile home "Green" for 4-5 persons: approx. 37 m², modern furnished, one bedroom with double bed (160 x 200 cm), one bedroom with two single beds (each bed 80 x 195 cm), living area with fully equipped kitchenette (refrigerator with freezer, stove, microwave, coffee maker) and sofa bed for one person, two bathrooms with shower and hairdryer, covered furnished terrace (about 25 m²). WiFi available in the mobile home (free of charge). Also TV and air conditioning.

Mobile home "Villa" for 4-5 persons: approx. 40 m², modern and newly furnished, one bedroom with double bed (160 x 200 cm), one bedroom with bunk bed (down 140 x 195 cm, up 80 x 195 cm), living area with fully equipped kitchenette (refrigerator with freezer, stove, microwave, coffee maker), two bathrooms with shower and hairdryer, covered furnished terrace (about 25 m²). WiFi available in the mobile home (free of charge). Also TV and air conditioning. Guests staying in mobile homes type Villa can use sun loungers and parasols at the pools free of charge.

Important note: No deposit to be paid. Final cleaning, tourist tax, as well as bed linen (change 1x per week) and towels (change every 2 days) included. Dish towels are to be brought along. Side tent not allowed.

Location

Medulin - Istria

The holiday venue of Medulin is at the extreme south western coast of Istria and is one of the 20 best-known bathing resorts on the Adriatic. Medulin developed from an agricultural and fishing village to one of the most important holiday resorts in southern Istria. The coast is flat, sandy and fissured. The magnificent vegetation and the mild climate, like the archipelago with its 10 islands and a coastal phenomenon called "Primosten" or "Tombolo", makes Medulin an attractive and irresistible place. Tourism has been developed since the end of XIX century and Medulin was first placed into the Pula travel guide as a potential holiday location around the year 1889. The first regular customers came to Medulin at the same time as the establishment of the community in the year 1909. It has been appreciated above all for its uncontaminated nature and its healthy atmosphere. Every guest can find here an oasis of tranquillity in the pleasant and healthy atmosphere of the Adriatic Sea, one which is calm but at the same time has the dynamics for a lively vacation. The bay of Medulin is ideal for all kinds of water sports activities and outside of the water Medulin offers various activities for free time. The winter climate is very pleasant and mild.
Excursions available: Venice, Plitvice Lakes National Park, Brijuni National Park, canoe safari, “Fish Picnic” boat excursion, visit to the city of Pula, Istria tour, visit to the Postojna coves and the Lipizzaner stud farm in Slovenia.
