The Villa Arausa is located in a well-kept garden next to the Hotel Punta and directly on the Vodice promenade. The facilities at Hotel Punta can also be used.

Facilities: Reception at Hotel Punta, restaurant with terrace, swimming pool with sun terrace, sun loungers and parasols (limited number, free of charge), WiFi internet available throughout the hotel (free of charge). Parking available at the hotel (01.06.-01.10. for a fee, € 10 per day).

61 rooms: comfortably and modernly furnished with double bed, air conditioning, LCD satellite TV, desk, telephone, WiFi internet (free of charge), safe, minibar, bathroom with shower/WC and balcony with seating. Baby crib available free of charge on request.
Double room standard: approx. 18 m², balcony facing the sea. Can also be booked with sea view on the upper floors.
Superior double room: approx. 23 m², also with pull-out sofa (90x190 cm), balcony facing the sea.

Catering: Breakfast buffet. Half board PLUS with evening buffet or full board PLUS with lunch and evening buffet can be booked for an extra charge.

Sport: Diving school, jet skis, banana boats, pedal and paddle boat hire nearby.

Beach: The rocky beach with concrete sunbathing areas is just a few steps away. The gently sloping pebble beach "Plava Beach" with sun lounger and parasol hire is around 250 m away.

Wellness-Center: in the Hotel Punta with a small indoor pool, whirlpool, sauna, solarium, fitness room, massage and various beauty treatments. Children under the age of 16 are not admitted.
