The hotel and its villas are located in the middle of the densely wooded natural oasis of the "Kalifront" peninsula. The newly designed pool area invites you to relax and linger. The hotel complex offers all the amenities for a successful, relaxing vacation. Cab boats run to the town of Rab (5 km away) and there is also a regular bus service in the evenings (for a fee).

Facilities: Restaurant "Mediterraneo" with terrace with sea view, grill "Oliva", lobby bar, elevator, wellness area, fitness room, seawater infinity pool, seawater relaxation pool, pool bar, sun terrace with sun loungers and parasols (limited number, free of charge). In season live music on the terrace, piano evenings and dance events. Parking lot next to the hotel (limited number, free of charge). WiFi internet available throughout the hotel (free of charge).

152 rooms in the hotel and 24 rooms in the villas: newly renovated and elegantly furnished with LCD satellite TV, air conditioning, minibar, safe, telephone, WiFi Internet (free of charge), shower/WC. The washing area is modern and stylishly integrated into the living room. Baby crib available on request (for a fee, € 5 per night).
Double room (hotel): approx. 22 m², with double bed. Optionally bookable with balcony facing the park or with balcony and sea view. Alternatively bookable with additional sofa bed for a child up to 11.99 years and balcony facing the sea.
Junior Suite (Hotel): approx. 33 m², consisting of bedroom, living room with sofa, 2x LCD satellite TV, with balcony and sea view.
Suite (hotel): approx. 36 m², with double bed and integrated living area consisting of sofa, two armchairs and coffee table, balcony and sea view.
Swim-up double room sea side (villa): approx. 18-23 m², with double bed or two single beds, bathroom with shower or bathtub and two washbasins, terrace facing the sea with seating and sun loungers as well as direct access to the swim-up pool.
Swim-up double room sea view (villa): approx. 21 m², with double bed or two single beds, two washbasins - stylishly integrated into the living room, bathroom with shower or bathtub, terrace with sea view, seating and sun loungers as well as direct access to the swim-up pool.

Catering: Breakfast buffet. Half board with extensive evening buffet and show cooking can be booked for an additional charge.

Sport: 3 clay tennis courts, jogging path, hiking and cycling trails run along the entire peninsula.

Beach: The beach around the peninsula is mainly rocky with sunbathing areas, partly pebble beach and some sand, sun lounger and parasol hire. Nudist beach nearby.

Pets: only allowed on request for a fee (approx. 30 € per day).

Wellness-Center: Finnish sauna, relaxation area, relaxation garden and organic bar with fresh fruit, nuts, various teas and flavored water. Massages, facial and body treatments, manicures and pedicures for a fee.
