Description

This comfortable hotel is centrally located in the popular vacation resort of Lovran and is only separated from the sea by the shore road and a side road. There is a small bay nearby and the famous beach promenade "Lungomare" invites you to take long walks along the sea to Opatija.

Facilities: Restaurant, aperitif bar, café terrace, elevator, fitness room and freshwater indoor pool. Limited parking at the hotel and public parking lot in the immediate vicinity. WiFi internet available throughout the hotel (free of charge).

62 rooms: modern and comfortably furnished with satellite TV, air conditioning with cooling and heating function, telephone, WiFi Internet (free of charge), safe, minibar, desk and shower/WC. Some of the rooms face the sea. There are also attic rooms on the 4th floor of the hotel. Rooms with connecting door available. Baby crib available on request for a fee (€ 8 per night).
Double room attic: approx. 23 m², one double bed, located in the attic (with skylight/sloping roof).
Double room standard: approx. 26-35 m², one double bed or two single beds.
Double room sea side: approx. 23-39 m², one double bed or two single beds, facing the sea.
Single room standard: approx. 18 m².

Meals: Breakfast buffet. Half board with evening buffet bookable for an extra charge. If the number of guests is low, both breakfast and dinner are served (no buffet) and dinner is only served from 7-8 pm.

Beach: Approx. 100 m to a small pebble beach with concrete sunbathing areas, approx. 400 m to the pebble beach, approx. 2000 m to the well-known, long pebble beach of Medveja.

Wellness-Center: The heated indoor pool (closed from approx. November to March) and the fitness room are available to guests free of charge. Spa zone with whirlpool, two Finnish saunas, Kneipp bath, relaxation room for a fee.

Lovran - Kvarner Region

The small town of Lovran is connected by a seaside promenade – the "lungomare" with the better known town of Opatija. Lovran is marked by a pleasant climate and by an important architectural inheritance from the time of the Austrian monarchy, to which Lovran also belonged. In the VII century Lovran was mentioned for the first time and was well known in the middle Ages as city of sailors, fishermen and traders. Between the XIX and XX centuries the Austrian aristocracy gave the order to build villas in the northern and southern part of the old City, in secession style, with carefully maintained parks and gardens. Some of these, in typical imperial style, belong to the world-wide architectural cultural heritage and are today opened as exclusive hotels. In the hinterland of Lovran there is the nature park Ucka with maintained walking and cycling tracks through the centuries-old forests, in which chestnut trees (typical for this area) can be found. Apart from outstanding accommodation facilities, Lovran also offers outstanding gastronomic specialities and fish courses, which you can enjoy in the numerous restaurants.
