Description

The complex, consisting of 233 row houses, is located in a dense pine forest.

Facilities: Reception with safe (for a fee), restaurant, pizzeria, beach bar, à la carte restaurants, supermarket, children’s playground. Mini-club for children ages 5–12 with daytime and evening activities (mid-June to early September), evening entertainment program on the terrace in July and August. Parking at the bungalow (limited availability) as well as a main parking lot with additional parking spaces available for a fee (approx. €1.50 per day). Internet corner and WiFi available at the reception (free of charge).

Bungalow for 2–4 people: approx. 36 sq. m., one double bedroom, living/sleeping area with a pull-out couch for 2 people, satellite TV, telephone, free Wi-Fi, kitchenette and dining area, bathroom/toilet, terrace/balcony.
Bungalow for 4–5 people: approx. 46 sq. ft., two double bedrooms and a living-sleeping area with a sleeping arrangement, or one double bedroom, one single bedroom, and a living-sleeping area with a pull-out couch for 2 people. Satellite TV, telephone, free Wi-Fi, kitchenette and dining area, bathroom/toilet, and terrace/balcony.
Bungalow for 4-6 people: approx. 60 sq. ft., two double bedrooms, large living-sleeping area with a pull-out couch for 2 people, satellite TV, telephone, free Wi-Fi, kitchenette and dining area, bathroom/toilet, terrace.

Meals: Accommodation only. From May 14 to September 6, a breakfast buffet or half-board PLUS (including breakfast and dinner buffets) is available for an additional fee.

Sport: Clay tennis courts, table tennis, bike rentals, and various water sports are available for a fee. A sports field for soccer, handball, and basketball, as well as beach volleyball, is available free of charge.

Beach: Gently sloping pebble beaches located approximately 100 to 500 meters from the bungalows, depending on the location; there is also a nude beach with restaurants at the neighboring campground.

Pets: Pets are allowed for a fee (€17 per day). Pets are not permitted in the restaurant, at the front desk, or in the pool area, and must be under the owner’s supervision at all times.
On the beaches, they are only allowed in specially designated areas.

Extras included: With half-board, local beverages from the beverage dispenser (wine, beer, soft drinks) are included with dinner.

Umag - Istria

The legend tells that Umag was named after the Celtic word “mag”, which stands for fertile land. This land and sea has truly always been blessed with everything that nature offers. In olden times Umag used to be the summer residence for the Roman nobles. Some of the ancient glamorous villas in the old town of Umag can still today be admired. Umag has also preserved a part of the old town´s walls and some of it´s beautiful churches, like the church of the Assumption of Virgin Mary and the church of St. Pelegrin. The charm of Umag however goes far beyond its fascinating history, in the present it cherishes life full with colors and sounds of a typical Mediterranean town. On the one hand there are many music festivals, dancing nights, exhibitions, performances and concerts and on the other hand the folk festivals are reflecting all the joy and art of “living it the local way”. Umag is famous for its Blue Flag rewarded beaches Laguna Stella Maris, Katoro, Aurora and Kanegra. Rewarded with the international prize for the absolute sea clarity, they conquer with their allure and crystal beauty. Umag is best-known as the center of the international ATP tournament since 1990, which is every July home to some of the most famous tennis players from all over the world.
