Description

In addition to its attractive location, the Stella Maris campsite offers various facilities and attractions for a varied family vacation. There are 16 tennis courts, beach volleyball and beach handball courts and numerous beaches in the vicinity of the campsite. In addition, a varied entertainment program with entertainment for children and adults awaits you in the summer months.

Facilities: Restaurant, lounge bar, reception, ATM, supermarket, bakery, fruit and vegetable store, several sanitary facilities, laundry room (for a fee), safe at reception (for a fee). Barbecue area with several barbecues (equipment must be brought along). Large swimming pool complex - pool for adults, children's pool and baby pool. Children's playground, mini club for children from 5 to 12 years (seasonal), various entertainment programs and evening entertainment for children and adults (seasonal). WiFi internet available (free of charge). In the nearby Stella Maris Resort you will also find several restaurants, beach bars and cafés. One car parking space is reserved per mobile home, parking fee € 1.50 per day (payment on site), additional vehicles according to price list on site.

Mobile home "Superior" for 4-6 people: approx. 32-34 m², one bedroom with double bed, one children's room with two single beds, living room/bedroom with dining area, fully equipped kitchenette (stove, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, coffee machine, toaster) and sleeping accommodation for two people, two bathrooms with shower/WC, covered terrace with seating area and two sun loungers. Also SAT-TV, air conditioning and safe.

Sport: Beach volleyball, running track, mini golf, adrenaline park. Other sports facilities nearby - tennis courts, tennis school, windsurfing, parasailing, banana boat, pedal boat, kayak and jet ski hire, equestrian center, diving center, sports hall, soccer pitches and bike hire.

Beach: The well-kept, artificial "lagoon" with a gently sloping pebble beach at the Stella Maris resort is approx. 900 m away.

Pets: only allowed on request (for a fee, € 17 per day).

Notes: No deposit required. Final cleaning included in the price. Tea towels, towels and bed linen included (change once a week). Tourist tax included. Extra tent not permitted.

Umag - Istria

The legend tells that Umag was named after the Celtic word “mag”, which stands for fertile land. This land and sea has truly always been blessed with everything that nature offers. In olden times Umag used to be the summer residence for the Roman nobles. Some of the ancient glamorous villas in the old town of Umag can still today be admired. Umag has also preserved a part of the old town´s walls and some of it´s beautiful churches, like the church of the Assumption of Virgin Mary and the church of St. Pelegrin. The charm of Umag however goes far beyond its fascinating history, in the present it cherishes life full with colors and sounds of a typical Mediterranean town. Its nightlife is rich both with urban and folks entertainment. On the one hand there are many music festivals, dancing nights, exhibitions, performances and concerts and on the other hand the folk festivals are reflecting all the joy and art of “living it the local way”. Umag is famous for its Blue Flag rewarded beaches Laguna Stella Maris, Katoro, Aurora and Kanegra. Rewarded with the international prize for the absolute sea clarity, they conquer with their allure and crystal beauty. Umag is best-known as the center of the international ATP tournament since 1990, which is every July home to some of the most famous tennis players from all over the world.
