The renovated and newly furnished vacation villa is located in Kaštelir-Labinci, a quiet place in the outskirts of Poreč, only 7 km from the nearest beach. In addition to numerous beautiful beaches, Poreč offers its visitors a charming old town with a wide range of shopping facilities, restaurants and bars, many cultural and historical sights, and countless opportunities for exciting outdoor activities. The most beautiful way to discover the surroundings of Kaštelir-Labinci is on foot or by bike. A special feature is the bicycle route that runs along the historic railroad line "Parenzana" from Vižinada via Motovun to Umag in the north of the Istrian peninsula. And if you just want to relax and unwind from the daily grind, you are at the right place too, since a modernly furnished vacation villa with three bedrooms, a sheltered outdoor area with patio, barbecue facilities, sun terrace and heated swimming pool (5 x 7 m) with hydro massage awaits you.

House for 6-8 persons: approx. 125 m² on three floors. On the ground floor, there is a bedroom with double bed, air conditioning and TV, and an open-plan kitchen with living area, air conditioning and sofa bed (140 x 200 cm). Also, a bathroom with shower. On the first floor, accessible via an external staircase, there is another fully equipped kitchen, a dining room with open fireplace, a cozy living room with air conditioning and sofa bed (140 x 200 cm), and a bathroom with shower. The attic offers two comfortable bedrooms - one with a double bed and one with twin beds. Both bedrooms have air conditioning and TV.

Further details: WiFi available free of charge. Covered parking on the fully fenced property. Four bicycles (2 for adults and 2 for children) are available for free use. In addition, table tennis, foosball and darts are provided for your enjoyment. If you wish, you can purchase superb, regional olive oil from your landlords.
