The complex is located near the Park Plaza Histria hotel on the eastern side of the Verudela peninsula. The 385 modern apartments are located in two- to three-storey buildings.

Facilities: Several restaurants, pizzeria, café, snack bar, various stores, supermarket, magazine kiosk, souvenir store, three seawater swimming pools, sun terraces, sun lounger and parasol hire, entertainment program from the beginning of June to mid-September. There is also a separate play area for children on approx. 220 m² inside and approx. 203 m² outside - Baby Corner (0-3 years) with toys for the youngest, Adventure Land (4-12 years) with climbing garden and pirate cave with slide, Teens Room (10-17 years) with games console, LCD TV and PC with WiFi internet (free of charge). Parking lot available. Between the Park Plaza Verudela resort and the Park Plaza Histria Hotel there is a newly built shopping street with a café, gallery, boutiques, hairdressing salon, restaurants, pizzeria, supermarket and souvenir store.

Studio type A for 2 persons: approx. 25 m², living-bedroom with sofa bed for 2 persons, kitchenette, dining area, shower/WC, terrace with garden or balcony.
Apartment type A for 2-4 persons: approx. 30-40 m², one double room, living room/bedroom with double sofa bed, kitchenette and dining area, shower/WC, terrace with garden or balcony, some facing the sea.
Apartment type A Premium for 2-4 people: like type A, but closer to the swimming pool and beach. Optionally also bookable on the sea side. Fresh fruit or cake and water are provided on the day of arrival.
Apartment type A for 4-6 people: approx. 55-65 m², two double rooms (one with two single beds), living room/bedroom with double sofa bed, kitchenette and dining area, shower/WC, terrace with garden or balcony.

All apartments are comfortable and have air conditioning (included in the price), telephone, WiFi Internet (free of charge), LCD TV, safe, microwave, coffee machine and fridge with freezer compartment.

Catering: accommodation only; breakfast bookable for an extra charge.

Sport: The Verudela sports center has 16 clay tennis courts (some with floodlights), table tennis, mini golf, sports courts for handball and volleyball, squash, beach volleyball, water skiing, boat hire, diving center, bike hire. There is also a new golf driving range (approx. 1000 m²) with a 9-hole practice course.

Beach: The distance to the rocky beach with sunbathing lawns and stone areas is 30 to 150 m, depending on the accommodation. Sun loungers for a fee.

Pets: allowed for a fee (approx. 12 € per day).
