The traditional three-bedroom house, recently converted into a comfortable town villa, is situated in a favorable location of Pula, only 4,9 km from the nearest beach and 1,2 km from the historical city center. A special feature is the secluded backyard with barbecue area, comfortable sun loungers and private pool (4 x 7,5 m), which is also available for your exclusive use. Pula awaits its visitors with numerous sights, restaurants, places to go out and shopping facilities. The most famous monument and landmark of the city is the impressive Arena, an amphitheater dating back to Roman times, which can not only be visited, but also serves as a unique open-air stage for different concerts and movie events. Only about 10 minutes by car from Pula is the fishing village of Fažana, from where excursion boats depart for the National Park of the Brijuni Islands, which are definitely worth a visit. Restaurant and shops are within walking distance.

House for 6 persons: approx. 120 m² on two floors, furnished to a high standard. On the ground floor there is a large living area with air conditioning, couch, stylish open fireplace, dining area and fully equipped kitchen. From here you have direct access to the terrace in the sheltered backyard. The first floor comes with three bedrooms with double bed and air conditioning, a bathroom with bathtub, and a bathroom with shower.

Swimming pools: Please note that swimming pools are usually available for use from about mid-May to late September, depending on the weather. If not explicitly stated in the description, the swimming pool is not heated.

Further details: WiFi available free of charge. Garden furniture, sun loungers, outdoor shower and parasol available by the pool. Additional bathroom with shower and toilet outside. Free (public) parking at the house and private carport for two cars.

The villa is fabulous, it feels like home with lots of space and good, quiet air con. The garden and pool are even better. The mature olive trees make it completely private and not overlooked at all and the pool and the loungers and all the different seating areas are really first class, so well thought out and built to a very high standard. There’s a good little shop only 20 seconds away and supermarkets within a 10 minute walk but everything else is a little further. The hosts, a family who live in Pula but not near the villa, couldn’t have been more kind or friendly. A perfect place to relax and enjoy, especially if you have a car.

Der Aufenthalt in der Villa Ene hat uns super gut gefallen. Es war alles wirklich sehr sauber, toller Garten mit Pool, sehr gepflegt, eine überdachte Grillmöglichkeit sowie auch ein separates Badezimmer im Garten. Die 3 Schlafzimmer und 2 Badezimmer im Haus waren ebenfalls sehr sauber. Auch ein Kinderbett und Kinderhochstuhl wurden auf Anfrage bereit gestellt :) Das Haus ist innen überall klimatisiert. Waschmaschine und Spülmaschine vorhanden. Küche auch soweit gut ausgestattet, Filtermaschine, Mikrowelle, Wasserkocher etc. Kleiner Supermarkt direkt in unmittelbarer Nähe, größerer Supermarkt mit dem Auto in ca 3min erreichbar. Bis zum Strand waren es ca 12min mit dem Auto sowie auch in das Zentrum.

If i could give 6 stars i would. Incredible host for a incredible house! The host had great hospitality, flexibilty and was very willing to make sure our stay was great. The house met all our expectations and beyond! A lovely house in a great location and perfect for all our needs and wants. Could not recommend this enough!

A paradise. Beautiful, calm, and relaxing. Even better than the photos. The hosts were amazing, friendly, accomodating and extremely helpful. We appreciate everything they did for us. We even borrowed some toys for our daughter! We were a group of 5 adults, and 1 child (3 years), it was as expected and even more. The pool was superb thing to have in the hot evenings and mornings. The location was great, stores nearby, a little playground close to Spar (the large supermarket), and the city is within walking distance too (10-15min walk), we also had two cars, that we parked in their garage. No doubt the best place I have ever stayed at! Definitely recommending this place to others. Cheers!

Piękny dom. Bardzo zadbane otoczenie. 3 sypialnie, każda z klimatyzacją. 2 łazienki plus toaleta w domu i dodatkowa na zewnątrz z prysznicem. Piękny basen. Właściciele bardzo mili i pomocni. Brakowało suszarki na pranie. Ale właściciele już na pewno uzupełnili. Przy grillu lodówka mogłaby być większa i na wyposażeniu letniej kuchni przydałyby się naczynia aby nie nosić z domu.

Pula - Istria

Pula is the economic centre of Istria and is situated in the southern part of the Istrian peninsula. Pula is known above all for its antique monuments, like the Roman amphitheatre, the Augustus temple, the victory gate of the Serge, but also as a great trading centre. The tourist infrastructure is outside of the town centre on the slopes of the peninsula Verudela, partly divided by hundred-year old fir forests. Characteristic of Verudela is the view of the fissured coast, with its islands, bays and beaches full of rocks and gravel. Pula is suited above all for family vacations and to lovers of classical music and interesting concerts are often organised in the amphitheatre. As examples, it is worth mentioning that in 2003 there was a concert by Placido Domingo and in 2004 by Luciano Pavarotti.There are many possibilities for various sport activities.
Excursions available: Venice, Plitvice Lakes National Park, Brijuni National Park, canoe safari, jeep safari, “Fish Picnic” boat excursion, Istria tour, visit to the Postojna coves and the Lipizzaner stud farm in Slovenia.
