This small, family-run hotel is only separated from the azure Adriatic Sea by the promenade and is located between the popular resorts of Crikvenica and Selce. The numerous regular guests particularly appreciate the personal service and the magnificent panoramic view of the crystal-clear sea from the terrace.

50 rooms: modern and comfortably furnished with air conditioning (centrally controlled), satellite TV, telephone, WiFi internet (free), safe, mini-fridge, bathroom with bathtub and WC, balcony. Baby crib available on request (for a fee, €10 per day).
Double room: approx. 25-29 m², can be booked facing the park, facing the sea or with side sea view.

Meals: Breakfast buffet. Half board or full board with lunch and dinner as a 3-course menu or buffet (depending on the number of guests) can be booked for an additional charge.

Sport: Table tennis at the hotel. Tennis courts and mini golf nearby, water sports such as boat rental, water skiing, jet skiing, parasailing and diving on the beaches of Selce and Crikvenica.

Beach: The concrete beach is only about 10 m away via the promenade, the pebble beach is a few steps further. Sun loungers and parasols available on the beach (for a fee).
