Description

The family-friendly complex is located directly by the sea, just a ten-minute walk along the coastal promenade from the center of the fishing village of Pakoštane. The apartments (12 accommodation units in total) are located in two-storey terraced houses surrounded by a shady pine forest in the Kozarica camping complex. Situated between the two historic towns of Zadar and Šibenik, there are numerous excursion possibilities. There are four national parks and two nature parks in the surrounding area. Enjoy the unique natural beauty of the nearby Vrana Lake with its bird reserve, discover the Kornati Islands National Park on a boat trip and experience the sociable Mediterranean atmosphere of the picturesque coastal towns.

Facilities: Supermarket, bar, restaurant, botanical garden with autochthonous Dalmatian plants, children's playground, children's pool (fresh water), small wellness area with sauna and whirlpool (only available in the early and late season), entertainment program for children and adults (seasonal), laundry. WiFi internet available throughout the complex (for a fee, approx. € 7 per day). One parking space per apartment (free of charge) directly in front of the apartment buildings.

Apartment for 2-4 people: approx. 40 m², one double room, living room with double sofa bed (dimensions: 160 x 200 cm) separated by a folding door, satellite TV, air conditioning, kitchenette with coffee machine, dining area, shower/WC and balcony.
Apartment for 4-6 people: approx. 50 m², two double rooms, living room with double sofa bed (dimensions: 160 x 200 cm), satellite TV, air conditioning, kitchenette with coffee machine, dining area, two bathrooms with shower/WC and balcony or terrace.

Sport: Basketball, bowling, beach volleyball, mini soccer (artificial turf), table tennis, bike rental.

Beach: The rocky and pebbly beach is approx. 50 m away.

Pets: Small dogs (up to 10 kg) allowed, for a fee (approx. 11-15 € per day).
